Nickerson Insurance is independently owned and offers a wide range of products. Our Goal is to provide you with an insurance program that is broad in coverage, competitive in price and properly protecting your assets.
Our philosophy of placing the clients interest ahead of all others is what keeps our clients renewing year after year. We achieve this by returning phone calls right away, providing certificates of insurance in a timely manner and responding immediately to claims.

Bobbie began her insurance career in 1975. Bobbie started with Nickerson Insurance in 1987 as Robert Takata’s Executive Assistant. She takes pride in being able to provide clients with the best possible insurance products for their type of operations. Bobbie feels that understanding the client’s business and becoming a part of their team is key, so that she can provide the proper guidance in obtaining the best coverage to protect their assets. She excels in providing prompt and efficient customer service.

Laura began her insurance career in 1989 in the financial district of New York, NY in Construction Risks. This eventually lead to her relocation to Southern California. She is a CA Licensed Property & Casualty Agent since 1998 and a Certified Insurance Counselor since 2004. She brings many years of technical expertise as a Commercial Lines Account Manager with all lines of insurance. She enjoys having a sense of purpose providing solution oriented customer service to her clients and the delivery of customized products to her client team. She enjoys her many nieces and nephews, MLB baseball, and especially watching games at Dodgers Stadium and Fenway Park.

Wendy was born and raised in SoCal.She started in the Insurance Industry in 1989 and joined Nickerson in 2021. She finds it interesting because there are always changes in the industry, and every client’s situation is unique, so she never runs out of challenges.In her personal life, she’s a tree-hugger, star-gazer, and loves animals. Diana was born and raised here in the South Bay. She recently rejoined Nickerson Insurance with 15 years of insurance experience and 30 years customer service experience. She has strong communication skills and loves to turn a negative into a positive. She prides herself on being a problem solver. Diana is a recent college graduate who is continuing her education in Business Administration. She is very goal oriented and has an unlimited amount of determination.
